We had a fridge that had been leaking between floors and gave 1800-Water-Damage a call to inspect for mold and perform a damage assessment. Efrem came within a few hours, reviewed everything, and ultimately said that he didn't see a risk and could set up some dryers on the floor, but that it wouldn't be a value add and that I could do it myself with a fan and open windows. Truly exceptional honesty and to top it all off it's a free assessment - if you have any issues it's absolutely worth giving them a call.
