Ephrem came to do an assessment on our water damage from a plumbing leak a few days earlier. We had already purchased a water vacuum appliance, and a carpet fan and rented an industrial dehumidifier, and done most of the water removal and cleanup work already, however we are not experts so it was really reassuring to get Ephrem's assessment, and mostly everything was dry already after our own treatment. He did not charge for the assessment and was extremely professional, personable and helpful. Highly recommended!
