We had a sewer excursion in our basement, and our original contractor (the insurance company's preferred vendor) performed minimal work and left without completion, regardless of my concern for remaining black water that was most likely under the floor tile, and could not be disinfected without removal. Kevin was out the day after connecting with Armored on Anji, confirmed with my insurance that all items were covered (moving/storage and remediation), and completed the project as it should have been done by the original contractor. Employees are super friendly, flexible in making adjustments, work clean, and get the job done correctly.
