Our sump pump malfunctioned, and the carpet, pad, and everything associated with it was soaked. I called CPR for help, and within an hour, Jeremy stopped by to give me an estimate for cleaning up the mess. Instead, after observing the "damage," he gave me advice on how to clean it up ourselves, at substantial savings. Of course, we will call them again, should we need their services in the future.
