I found Core24 on a Saturday night, when the ejector tank/pump failed at our rental home. I live 3 hours away, so arriving within a couple of hours of my call to perform the initial assessment, was a huge win, and helped to minimize any further damage. The Core24 team worked through the night to mitigate the damage and promptly reported their findings and recommendations. The team, led by Rob, was courteous, responsive and supportive through the entire process, including being patient while we worked thorgh our insurance company to handle reimbursement. I hope to never again require their services, but if I, a family member or friend do, Core24 will be hands down the best partner to engage.
