I suspected a serious mold issue inside my walls due to a strange smell in my house. Percy came out and was extremely friendly, professional and VERY helpful. He told me it's unlikely the smell is mold and more likely an issue with my 14 year old dog having accidents in the upstairs carpet. No charge. If I ever have mold/water damage etc. I know exactly who I will call. Thanks Percy!
