We walked into the basement with soaked carpet. A pipe had burst and flooded the area. We called Expert Restoration. Even though it was 11:00 at night, Mana came right over. He was kind and efficient. He pulled back the carpet and set up fans. He went over instructions and explained he would be back in the morning to assess the damage and start the clean-up process. We really appreciated his professionalism and hard work!
