After many problems with insurance, I made the call to Express to get a mitigation company in to prevent more damage to our damaged kitchen. Bob showed up to assess the damage and immediately squeezed us in to make sure we were taken care of. Even with constant problems with insurance, Bob was patient and understanding. Overall, it was a great experience all around with him and his company. I wish I could say the same for the insurance company.
