Faragon was proactive, quick, and professional. They coordinated with my insurance company and my building maintenance and operations to make things more seamless for me. I trusted them in my home for hours without me there and did not have any issues. I hope I never have to use them again, but if another emergency comes up, they'll be my go-to to fix it.
