Having water damage in your home is a stressful and disruptive experience, but FireWater Restoration Services made it as easy and manageable as possible. Every person involved, from the office scheduler to the project manager, was helpful. Our project manager Juliana did a great job explaining what steps would be taken to mitigate the damage. I received a call daily from the scheduler to inform us when a technician would be arriving the next day, and every tech would call ahead of time to let us know they were on the way. Everyone we worked with was able to answer any questions we had about the process. I appreciated how the team would explain the steps they were taking so that we knew exactly what to expect. The work was done thoroughly, efficiently, and professionally. They also worked directly with insurance to make sure our adjuster approved the steps they were taking before they started work. If any questions arose while no one was on site, it was easy to communicate via phone; I also appreciated the texts indicating when a tech had arrived and completed work for the day. Everyone was masked and friendly; it was definitely reassuring to know the team at FireWater was going to help us get our place back to normal.
