The kind, caring, and expert service that the team at Idaho Fire and Flood has performed following a major house fire in our elderly parent's home has been remarkable. The work they did on content removal, packing, boxing, restoring, discarding, cleaning, deodorizing, ozone treating, and coordinating with us in an accommodating and professional manner throughout the entire process has been wonderful. We are also delighted with the structural cleaning and mitigation work that has been done and the design and restoration rebuild work that is in process. The professionals there are great to work with and go the extra mile. We are very grateful for the tremendous burden that they have eased for us in recovering from this tragedy. This company has far exceeded our expectations.
