Nate was amazing, he came out within 24 hours of calling to examine the damage from the flooding that I had. They quickly put in the fans and the dehumidifiers to dry out the house. They were also tasked with the rebuild of the house after it was dried out. Even though it is Covid and everything has been on a shipping delay(outside of Nate's or IPM's control) Nate has kept me in the loop. The rebuild work that they have done has been amazing, the texture on the drywall is the closest to a 100% match to the existing texture that I have seen, the flooring is amazing. Overall a great company. I would definitely recommend Nate and IPM to anyone.
