Customer service on point from making a call and scheduling, Shan came out same day and gave a free assessment and his exerpertise on my water damage. I appreciated his honesty and transparency, what a blessing, especially when you're freaking out and will definitely call again for water damage issues in the future! I see why they have 5 stars thank you!!
