I arrived late one evening at our vacation property to find a wet finished basement. I called JG Home Improvements around 10:30pm. I had a crew at the property ready to go to work by 10:00 the next day. The two person crew worked very hard to remove the water, carpet, and padding. The set up many fans and dehumidifiers in hopes to dry it out enough to not have to remove drywall. Unfortunately, a foot of drywall needed to be removed. Behind the scenes, Josh went to bat for us with the insurance company to get them to put the claim through and get the damage covered. Currently, the restoration phase is taking place and I will update the review when that is complete.
