Louisiana recon promptly answered my call and immediately came to my residence to survey the water damage. John Duncan came out, quickly assessed the damage, and promptly began the process of removing the affected carpet and drying the floor. John was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in his approach to our problem . I had called another well know recovery team and they put me off for days . John on the other hand was sympathetic to my dilemma and quickly responded to my needs. An overall great experience. I highly recommend John and his company for all your recovery needs. He instructed me on what to expect and provided me with ample paperwork to file my insurance. A superb example of the way to treat clients.
