Receptionist/secretary was flexible and keeps you updated on driver and estimated times. Plumber contacts you en route and informs/explains the situation and estimated costs. Helpful, courteous, professional, reliable. Had to get the mainline fixed by replacing parts from the water heater. Everything finished in a couple of hours and the water running.
