I am Grateful for the experience... I am grateful to own both commercial and residential property; however, procuring construction services, especially on an emergency basis, takes great effort and diligence with limited results due to Insurance Companies processes which honestly most contractors run from. This is my first time dealing with floods which effected 5 of my properties and my first time reaching out to Lyon Restoration. I am simply shocked; shocking response, professionalism, and most of all Care. Every member of their team made the process effortless for both my tenants and I. The part that tugs on my heart string the most is they took a lot time to work on unrelated issue we couldn't solve do to COVID-19 and Insurance protocols. Lyon Restoration refused to except compensation for doing so simply to help my tenants and me though this hardship. Something special about this company. really special !!!!
