Over the past three years, our kitchen ceiling and walls were damaged twice by two separate leaks coming from our upstairs neighbor. We used Maxi Serve both times to properly dry out the damaged areas. Roman and Amy were straightforward and very good at communicating from start to finish. The entire team was very professional and thorough, making sure to properly seal off the area before starting work and coming back multiple times to make sure all the wood in the ceiling was completely dry. I highly recommend them.
