We awoke on Christmas Day to find our basement under a foot and a half of water. We were referred to Mellon by a friend of ours, and I'm grateful for the referral. Charlie Merkel responded to our call within an hour, and was out to survey the damage promptly on the 26th. His team arrived shortly after and did a fantastic job. Charlie and his team were incredibly responsive and put our minds at ease. If we ever find ourselves in a similar situation (and I hope we don't), Mellon will be our first call.
