The team provided clear, timely, and professional communications via their email, text, phone, and their website depending on the circumstance and our preference. The carpenters provided updates daily and enlisted our input consistently throughout the project. Every project has issues, as did ours. The team sought our feedback throughout the project and responded quickly to minor issues before they escalated to major ones.
