I had water damage in my kitchen. I was thrilled to have Paul Davis do the mitigation -- their staff responded quickly to pull up the flooring, test the wetness and start the fans & de-humidifier. They were friendly and professional -- I particularly enjoyed meeting Nicki every morning for inspections of the drying process. My questions were always thoroughly answered and their reps always called before visiting my house.
