So impressed with how well they handled the flood damage in our basement. We experienced flooding in Alexandria that resulted in 18" of water in our basement. Rapid Response arrived the same day to start the water mitigation process. They returned the next day to disinfect, demo, and ensure things were drying out. They even went above and beyond to help with our washer/dryer that were also flooded. All COVID-19 safety precautions were followed. Rapid Response was quick, efficient, and did an amazing job. We had used a large corporate water mitigation company previously and it doesn't compare. I would definitely recommend Rapid Response above anyone else for water damage and repair.
