I have water damages from condo above me, happened on Sunday night. I called MD restoration next morning, person who answered the phone said someone would contact me. Over 9 days no one from MD restoration ever contacted me. I called Rescue One Restoration this morning, less than one hour Souza called me back and came to evaluate the damages. They are starting to work tomorrow to take care the issues. It’s a great company, professional, things are done in easy way, communicating with an insurance company to help us without hesitation. I highly recommend this company Rescue One Restoration over MD restoration.
