The disaster company has been a fantastic company to work with. Brad and team were out to my home very quickly after a neighbors sprinkler line broke and flooded our basement. They were quick to extract the water and place drying equipment. Brads communication was top notch as he kept me informed every step of the way. Brad documented the entire process with pictures and thorough reporting, he even dealt with the neighbor's insurance company which took a load off of my shoulders. I cannot say enough good things about this company and my experience with them. Truly a great experience! Highly recommend!
