Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value After our pipe burst in our basement (as did many others in Colorado Springs), Delta Restoration worked with us through COVID material shortages, scheduling fixes, and labor shortages. The owner Emmis personally labored and oversaw every aspect of our basement transformation, which turned out awesome! The timing was terrible, but they really worked with us to get the job done expertly and timely. Would highly recommend working with Delta Restoration!
