Outstanding construction company and people. White Oak assisted me with an exterior renovation project. Before contacting White Oak I reached out to several trade contractors and priced out different aspects of work. I wanted to avoid paying a fee to a GC, figuring I could coordinate and manage the work myself and save some money. It didn’t take long to realize I had underestimated how difficult it is to manage even a small project. After I resolved myself to hiring a GC, I contacted Gil at White Oak. Gil and his team were very responsive and informative. He reached out to his trusted subs and vendors quickly and when the estimates started coming in I was shocked at how much lower the prices were compared to what I had received from contacting subs/vendors directly. The estimate for entryway and patio doors, for example, was half of the cost I had been quoted for comparable materials and labor by suppliers. The pricing White Oak was able to get more than made up for their fee. Plus not having to deal with the headache of finding, coordinating and managing several subs and vendors is invaluable. I wish I had contacted White Oak earlier!
